The Florida Adoption Council is to support legislation in the State of Florida which enhances and improves the adoption process.

We closely monitor all adoption-related legislation issues and provide un-to-date information to adoption professionals within the State of Florida.

By maintaining a close watch on these issues, we are able to increase support and lobbying efforts in favor of meaningful and productive legislative issues. Members of FAC are constantly updated on these issues as they occur.

Additionally, we provide an online forum to facilitate communication between a diverse range of adoption professionals through the State of Florida, including attorneys, therapists and lobbyists. This sharing of information serves to strengthen and improve the adoption process within the State.
